Portillo Ridge Homeowners' Association Website

The purpose of this web site is to provide information to the members of the Portillo Ridge HOA.    The homeowner rights and obligations according to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), the location and times of meetings and social events, committee membership, current and past copies of the Portillo Ridge newsletter (The RidgeRunner) and other information of interest to those living in the community are examples of information this site hopes to make readily available.

 While the website editor will attempt to keep the information as current and as accurate as possible, this can only be done with the help of the many volunteers who work hard to make Portillo Ridge a pleasant place in which to live.  If, for example, a new family moves into your neighborhood please take the initiative not only to provide the new name and address to the website editor, but also to introduce your new neighbor to the website.

When information is submitted for the website (the Newsletter, various announcements etc.) it must sometimes be scanned into a suitable format.   Occasionally during the scanning process errors occur.   In the case of differences or discrepancies between the web site and written information which concerns Portillo Ridge members, the written copy must be considered the only valid information.   Your help is requested in keeping the information up to date.
